Withdrawals

Please be aware that Bookie.ag is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once your payout has been handed off to a delivery service (FedEx, USPS, UPS). If tracking shows any of the following statuses:

• Delivered
• In Transit
• Out for Delivery

We are no longer able to intervene or provide assistance. Delivery timelines are entirely managed by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping provider directly for updates.

Once your account has a positive balance and meets any applicable requirements, you may request a withdrawal using one of the approved methods.

• Person-to-Person Transfers: One payout request allowed every 7 days. Processing typically takes 7–15 business days, but funds often arrive within 48 hours after approval.
• Bank Drafts / Cashier’s Checks: One request allowed every 7 days. Checks may take up to 30 days to arrive depending on courier processing and your location.

While we strive to process all withdrawals as quickly as possible, certain methods may require up to 10–14 business days due to third-party transfer procedures.

• We reserve the right to change withdrawal Amount and Method – On occasions we have to process your request via another method than the one originally requested.
• We reserve the right to request proper documentation such as valid photo id, selfie holding ID, or video verification, phone bill, utility bills. Failure to comply with this will result in the delay of the request.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if it is determined that false, doctored, altered, or AI-generated KYC documents have been provided. In such cases, all associated funds may be forfeited.
• We reserve the right to deny, reverse or hold any withdrawal request if collusion, or fraud is suspected either pertaining to the deposit or the account activity.
• Payouts will only be taken if rollover requirements are complete
• Payouts will not be taken on Friday, Saturday or Sunday
• Only one payout request will be taken every seven days
• P2P payouts may take from 7 to 15 business days to arrive, but it usually takes 48 hours
• Bank drafts or checks, may take up to 30 days to arrive
• P2P withdrawals have a set fee, please see the chart for pricing
• Points can be exchanged for free payouts. One free payout is equal to 30K points.

Bookie.ag maintains strict security measures to ensure safe transactions. We reserve the right to:

• Deny, reverse, or place a hold on any withdrawal if fraud, collusion, or suspicious activity is suspected
• Change the withdrawal method based on processing availability or risk assessment
• Request verification documents such as a valid photo ID or a recent utility bill

Failure to provide requested documentation will result in delays to your withdrawal.
